Backache and period pain after swimming?

Hello ladies.
Hubby and I took our little girl swimming this morning at a waterpark. It was great fun and we spend splashing around for 1.5 hours.
On our way home in the car I started to get period pains and a really bad backache to the point where it was incredibly painful driving over any bump on the road.
I took paracetamol but that didn't work and now I'm in a hot bath but I stil feel it.
Did I just overdo it and it should be fine or anything else? Anyone else had this?

If the bath isn't really working and they are still going strong maybe call the dr that's how all my labors have started

If the bath doesnt relieve them then id get checked just in case, it might be just braxton hicks but its best to be safe
