Because you lower back is in pain you may find you are compensating any tension or posture in your upper back causing pain there.
You will experience pain in your back in early pregnancy from wonderful hormones. The hormones loosen muscles which in turn put stress on ligaments. You may find you hip joints becoming sore.
Walking, light stretching, warm baths and light massage can help elevate the pain. Tylenol is safe as well.
