Bad back

How many ladies have been left with a bad back after the birth of your lo?

I am having real problems and im in pain all day just now. I cant bend without pain and lifting anything (especially the bubba) is agony.

I cant do the bend your knees and lift thing as if i crouch I dont have the strength in my back to be able to get back to an upright standing position.

Im going to get to the doctors this week, it is getting worse.

Does anyone have anything similar?

Iv got a back back, aint no where as bad as yours.

Mine comes & goes main problem is lying flat on my back, its at the bottom it arches up, so like cant lie straight down get bad pains. I was hoping it was due to extra weight am carrying but if it dont go away when iv lost more weight i'll be going to the docs.
