Bad cramping after sex

Today me and OH dtd and afterwards I had such awful cramping it took my breath away, at one point I was bent over in pain.

Is this normal? I'm freaking out, totally!

I've never had that to be honest but don't worry maybe ring your mw and ask. I had a sharp cramp the other day for no reason then made me bend over in pain and it was nothing

We've had to stop DTD recently because I cry in pain afterwards. Not just with DTD but also whenever I orgasm. Not mentioned it to MW yet because tbh sex doesn't bother me lol but I might ask what/why next time.

When you orgasm, your uterus contracts, and sometimes it can hurt quite bad. It always happens to me during pregnancy, but hurts more the bigger my uterus gets. But the worst of the pain should usually go away within a few minutes, although a little achiness might remain for awhile after.
