bad cramps on 4 dpo... feel like crying

Hey, I believe I ovulated on Wednesday, making me only 4 dpo. I'm having so much cramping like AF. My abdomen feels"twitchy", I can't think of any other way to describe it. I'm exhausted. Dizzy. Last night I was in my friend's truck and suddenly, with no warning, projectile vomited in the truck. I know it's waaay to early for any symptoms. What's wrong with me? I feel like I'm going to cry. My abdomen feels so tight and sore. Has anybody else experienced this?
