bad headache last night ?

last night i went to bed and woke up at about 4am i had slipped onto my back so was laying almost flat and i had the worst headache ever! i sat up and took 2 paracetamol after about 20 mins it felt loads better and i went back to sleep when i woke up it had gone. this scared me do you think it was because i had ended up on my back? has anyone else had bad headache at night its never happened before.
i saw my mw on thurs just gone and my bp is perfect and so was my urine so i know its nothing bad just wondered if any of you have had a bad headache for no apparent reason ?

I had this exact same thing last night after waking up on my back and did the same as you!!! My headache was so bad i thought it was a migraine at first but a couple of paracetemol and was fine.

oh im so glad it wasn't just me !!! wont be doing that agin little man wasn't happy either he was wiggling for england probably saying get up mum !! thanks hun you made me feel loads better im going to get more pillows !!!
