Bad headache :(

Had a pretty bad headache since last night, the only time I don't have it is when I'm asleep trying to hold off with paracetamol but I have work soon and can't deal with a headache while I'm there. Does anybody have any ideas on how to get rid without tablets?? Since my mc it worries me when you get something that's not right :/

Are you getting enough fluids?

Paracetamol are safe to take in pregnancy, and usually I find them pretty effective.

I think so... I've been drinking a lot in the evenings when I get home from work and eating a lot of ice pops too lol. If it's not gone by the time I'm about to leave then I'll take some so it lasts me the afternoon x
