Bad HSG result- HELP!!!!

I had a mc in April and my obs did a D&C.. SInce this time I haven't have a period. Instead having sever pain at the time I should have my period.

U/S should fluid in my cervix and my endo lining was 5mm thick. She prescribed a cause of provera which did not work.

I had a HSG the other day.. The 1st attempt failed with the catheter coming out once I was moved. The 2nd attempt also failed once the dye was injected inside. I saw the X-Ray and the dye had only gone to my cervix and not into the uterus- i think?!

I got the report from my obs yesterday and they are suggesting a complete obliteration of my uterus from scarring suggesting sever Asherman's Syndrome. Absolutely devastated at the moment

Has anyone had any similar experiences?

I'm so sorry. If I don't conceive this cycle, next step for us is SA for dh and if that's normal then it's an HSG for me. So I have no insight. Didn't want to r&r though. Best wishes to you.
