Bad Ovulation pain on both sides, on a break from clomid

Hi ladies

This cycle I am not taking clomid (after 6 cycles of it) and just natural, we're not trying, not preventing so no tracking etc but this morning I had really bad pain near where my left Ovary is, I knew it was O pain but it also went around my hip and back. Then tonight for the last couple of hours I have had really painful O pains on my right side, it also goes around my hip and I have back pain on both sides...
I am very confused everytime I was monitored I O'd from my left side so could this just be my right side waking up?
From my knowledge I have never O'd from both sides, an to top it off I have Af type cramps along my pubic bone, so I am having a great night.

Anyway is this normal? I don't want to go to the Er and it just be O pains would feel pretty silly, but the pain is worse than I have felt when on clomid!

Just wanted to check if anyone else gets this, so I don't freak myself out. Will try a hottie on it maybe tht will help :s

I am having similar issues, interested to see answers, usually I never notice when I ovulate. This time, sore breast, bad back ache, very bad cramping, near pelvic bone, I'm so lost, had a pap last week and my dr said uterus was enlarged, have to wait 3 weeks before ultrasound is done........worried too!

I often feel o pain on both sides, never as strong as that though. Hope you get feeling better quick!
