Bad skin as started dairy?

Logan has just started dairy (has cheese and full-fat yoghurt with his meals), and since then has had bad skin on his face. Its not awful, just red and spotty in parts. Do you think the dairy and the spots are related? His fat intake has increased so maybe thats why.
Anyone else notice this?
