Hello all 
I used to be a very busy member of this forum, but life got in the way - now, here I am, TTC again, and I thought I'd turn to the place that always comforted and helped me through some dark and miserable times xx
I after a CP and early loss (again, after a MC :'() I am throwing myself back into the SME plan, wholeheartedly. It worked with my first DD, and I can't stand the heartbreak of BFN anymore, so I need a sticky bean!
I am on CD1 today (booooooo! :'() but I want to start recording my BBT again, and can't for the life of me remember how or what to look for. I have a thermometer... But I seem to have forgotten everything!
Can anyone please guide me one when to test, what to look for etc.? I've researched online but I can't seem to just get that straight answer...
