So before I ovulated I had tonsillitis and my temp was 39 for two days so I discarded them. No 5-7 days post ovulation I have sinusitis and my temp has been 36.5. So not high.. in fact normal for post ov.. but could it be made a bit higher by sinusitis? I don't want to think I've ovulated when actually the temp shift is caused by illness!
Also, if you take your temp when you have a stuffy nose and have to keep opening your mouth, could that make your temp seem lower? I did that a few days past ovulation but am worried that it was a real dip rather than an inaccurate reading. If I remove that reading it says I ovulated 8 days ago. If I put it in it says I ovulated 4 days ago!
