(This is a long read, sorry in advance! lol)

I'm so confused on when I actually O'd this month. I use BBT, OPKs, CM, and CP to help determine my potential O date. I have a cycle length that averages 35 days, with AF lasting about 3-4 days each time.

I was sick with bronchitis for a large portion of the month, hence rocky temps. Cold meds and fevers really screwed me up! :dohh:

The problem is that my OPKs predicted ovulation on or around CD17, as did my CM and CP. You can see from my chart (below) that I showed signs of fertility around then, too, such as CP SHO and fertile CM.

Despite those signs, the BBT apps I've been using keep telling me I O'd on CD 23 or 24. You can see on the chart that the fertile signs stopped, cervix closed, CM changed too. So it doesn't make sense to me that I'd O on that day when all the signs indicated it was 5 or 6 days earlier.

Now I'm trying to determine when to actually take an HPT. Should I test tomorrow, which would be 14dpo using CD17 as my O date? Or do I wait another week and test based on the suggestion from FF and C2P?

And how do I track symptoms or keep an eye out for signs of implantation? Today my CM is abundant, CP is VERY soft, medium to high, and closed. Some forums say that's a good sign for pregnancy IF it occurs after 10dpo, but if I go by my BBT I'm only 7dpo today. UGH!

I'd appreciate your thoughts/feedback on this issue!

Here's my chart so far, which starts on CD1 and goes to CD30:

It sounds like if you give yourself 2-3 more days to test, that would be best. I don't know what cp means (I am guessing cervix position???) but that is hard to determine. I thought I had all those things last month and was even late on my period by 4 days which by my count as well as what was predicted should have meant a bfp... most cheapie tests will detect hcg as early as 5 days before your missed period. I don't typically test that early because i have a range of dates my period could start.

Thanks for your feedback, cutestuff. :)

Anyone else care to give me their two cents? Especially if you're someone who's been charting a while, and/or who's familiar with FertilityFriend and some other BBT tracking apps?

I'm interested to see if anyone else has the same problem with Moving Ovulation. Haha
