I cant tell if i have ovulated so I'm unsure as to weather or not I should start my medication (steroids and progesterone)

Hello! How have your temps been since these past few days? I was wondering if you have FF on the Advanced (recommended) setting since it did give you red crosshairs! Do you use opk’s? It would really help if you did just to be more confident when getting a possible ovulation!
