Since I've been taking my BBT for about 6 months I have never ovulated on my own. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I've been on metformin for 9 days. Could it really have worked this soon?

I'd say so. Your temp shift is very clear, and you've got the +OPKs so yeah, go get it!
