Hello ladies, been TTC number 2 for 10 months and have been using the clearblue digital advanced ovulation tests.
I want to start temping to see if ovulation through temp then coincides with the digital ones.
Is there anyone in UK that uses a BBT thermometer that can recommend one? Would be good if it was one that linked up to an app.
also, which apps do you all use to track everything that you find are most accurate?
how does BBT work? Take it as soon as you wake and record? And there should be changes in temp at some point in the cycle to indicate you have ovulated?
