Hi everyone! So I have been off Mirena for almost 3 months. I have had 2-3 cycles (1st one I wasn't sure if it was a true period). The 2nd one was 39 days and the 3rd one was 29 days with ovulation on CD15. I started my period on January 13th after NTNP for the first couple weeks of January. This cycle I decided to do OPK (using Wondfo LH strips). I have been charting every day since I had the Mirena removed in early November. My question is Fertility Friend said my ovulation was on CD12 but I have yet to get a positive OPK. Which one is more trustworthy?

No idea but try posting in the Ovulation tests forum, you might get more answers?

I would say that as OPKs detect the hormone in your wee - there's either lots of LH or not a lot of LH. It's either positive or negative. For BBTing, theres a lot more room for error - not taking it at the same time every morning, not having the same amount of sleep etc.etc. I would say OPKs would be more reliable
