BBT vs sleep

How much does interrupted sleep affect BBT? You may post a response or vote on the poll or both. All answers are welcomed

I usually sleep through the night until my alarm but if I wake up in the middle of the night I definitely notice a higher temp and usually end up discarding them although it depends whether I had to get out of bed when I woke up. If I am just awake in the middle of the night and restless my temps are not affected much.
