Hi guys , when is bbt meant to drop if you're gona get ur period ? Mine due in 3 days . Normal for me is 36.1-36.3 however my Luteal phase has been between 36.9-37.1 - still not going down . Thanks in advance - the temp thing confuses me x

Usually if you conceive, your temp will get another spike after the O spike, however some people don't spike and they're temp simply stays elevated. Usually four days after peak it will go down if you have not conceived, though women vary so much.

I went from 36.3 - 37.1 after ovulation - now sitting at 38.9 ish for past week xxx

Have you been sick? Thats temps real high. What dpo are you? And have you taken hpt? Sorry for the 20q, that temp just threw red flags at me. I think that's roughly 102° F if I converted that right

98.42 and 99 it is. Not sick - just peeing a lot - like 4 times during the night x I'm 8 dpo just now. Had some cramps but nothing major . Thanks for the help I am hopeless and new to all this xx

If it stays around that temp then I'd say your definitely fair game! Just watch for little decreases within the next few days and
