Hey ladies, just want to survey how many times u ladies BD'ing on average per month and percentage success story. I don't know about u guys but me and DH only manage maximum of 4 times per month that's why need the cbfm to pin point ov days. I am wondering whether all those who got preg straight away has been bd'ing like a rabbit and that's the reason. . . .

We were at it like rabbits when i fell first & second time, fell the first month. Didnt know anything about ovualtion back then, we just simply :sex: loads lol .. x
 
I don't already have children so can't comment from personal experience, but:

Last month we waited til we thought I was ovulating and only BD then, but with a messed up cycle that was obviously not the right way. This month, we have the CBFM, and got our first high today. We BD yesterday as I thought I was close to ovulating, and again today, and will again tonight! lol
Will keep going for the remaining high and peak days as much as is humanly possible!
Sorry, I can't give a success story or anything at the moment, but am looking forward to seeing what other people say about the subject. Maybe I can ease off on hubby if others have had success with less trying! lol
 
cant comment really - but this month we're doing every other night as my cycles messed up so not sure when ov so i'll let u know lOL
 
I'd say bd as much as you can from last day of period it week b4 next af lol gotta catch eggy somewhere along the way me and hub this cycle bd every other day xxx i test in 6 days but having many symptoms but trying to ignore them so I don't get hopes up xxx I'll let you know the outcome.....
 
I have the same question!
My hubby also has low sex drive, only 3-4x/mo

Yah today I told him that he has to be ready to do it every other day this week, once the LH surge shows up faint. Yesterday I took the test, the line was barely visible
 
I have a little ovulation predictor on my phone based off my cycles and after two months of trying we got pregnant, not using anything at all but the predictor. I did lose the baby :( but we did it 4 days before and 3-4 days after when it said I would ovulate. It lets you know what day it thinks you will ovulate and we just did it A LOT all around that time. Back to TTC again after my mc and this time I am going to use OPK and my phone. lol Good luck ladies!!! :)
 
Thank you all kindly for sharing your experiences. Obviously the more you bd the better chance to get the eggy. But I think with my DH low sex drive and long hours shift work, the best chance for us is to pinpoint the ov days. Just wish I can give my DH something to turn him from a panda to a bunny! We :sex: loads when we tried for our son, but as he takes up loads of our time and engery we pinpointed our :bd: this time. It took us 4 cycles but we :sex: Thurs, Fri and Sun and I got a postive opk on the Sat but we were both to tired to do anything and we got our :bfp: that month.

I found that temping really helped me when we were TTCing for our son. I didn't do it this time as it doesn't really work unless you have 4 hours unbroke sleep and I wake up if I hear him stirring on the monitor. I also used IC OPK's mid cycle so that I could back up what I was seeing on the chart. It also helped me to feel more in control as I felt like that I was making sure that we were :sex: at the right times. Once you have sone that there is not a lot else that you can do.

We did use pressed both times and I took evening primrose oil.
 
When I fell pregnant with my daughter we bd everyday from last day of af throughout the whole month. This month we have been bding every other day so hoping that will be enough (dont have as much energy now we have our daughter lol!)

I've got an app on my phone to that I'm using.. Cuz I really don't want to get all obsessed with testing etc.! X
 
Also it's usually 4/5 times a month due to oh low sex drive :( however this weekend alone we bd 4 times, but according to this app I have on my iPhone I'm most fertile next weekend
 
Showgirl22, 4 times just over the weekend will be record for me! That's the thing, for OH with low sex drive, we can only hope the timing is right for those golden 4-5 times of :sex:
What kinda application do ye guys have on your Iphone? I want one too! I am totally trusting my cbfm and temping although temping is a bit all over the place at the moment and I don't know what I did wrong. I am also 'forcing' my OH to take the vitamins to strength his :spermy:so hopefully the little creature can stay alive longer. I am also taking EPO and drinking litres of grapefruit juice to make the cervical environment more spermy friendly. Let's hope this will work :winkwink:
I want one of this :baby:so so so bad
