Bea not herself, answers on a postcard pls!

Bea is usually a loud bundle of energy yet yet this morninb she was still asleep at 8.30 and has been very quiet and sleepy all day. She had a little bit of lunch but refused a milky way(un heard of) she just wants to lie on the sofa. Slept for just over an hr earlier and looks like she will be again soon.
took her to the walk in drs but there is nothing medically wrong.

Has snyone else come across this?
