does anyone else use these? I am using them and just wondered about the portion sizes of each little push out segment, they seem quite big? i give Fred 1 for his lunch and 1 for his tea and he eats it all!?!

only ask as i know alot of people use ice cube trays which are def smaller than these!

I use happy mummy ones. Stage one is ice cube size stage 2 is 2 ice cubes. Stage one says 1 oz on it, stage 2 says 2 oz so you could try weighing what you put in and see if its similar?
ATM I give 1 ice cube size in morning with 2 tsps rice or porridge and 2 at lunch or vice versa. BUT I am only on week three, not sure where you are at and im also not an expert.

I think you should just follow your instincts hun, when i first started weaning Patrick i just gave him what i thought was enough. If baby is full then they will stop eating hun xx
