Here's for you xxxjacquixxx! :)

This is the way my family has always made this recipe and I LOVE it!

*About 1 lb of lean ground beef browned and drained of any fat.
*1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not add water)
*1 medium size container of sour cream (don't remember the oz.)
*1 package of fresh mushrooms sliced
*1 can of sliced mushrooms (we love our mushrooms)
*Lemon Pepper seasoning to taste (we normally do not measure but I would say maybe about 3 tsp full.)

In a large pan add the drained beef back in it and all all of the ingredients above. Cook on medium to medium high until sauce starts to thin a bit. Then cover with lid and simmer on low for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Pour over rice or egg noodles.

Thank you honey, I'm going to make it for tea tonight...will let you know the verdict! :hugs:

well I made it!

OH loved it after he's added tonnes of bloody garlic:dohh: (he loves his garlic), the two girls were not fussed (they dont like mushrooms) and me and my eldest loved it too...maybe a tad too many mushrooms for our liking, but yummy all the same!

Thanks hun will deffo be making it again.:hugs:

Looks easy and delicious. I'm going to make it. :)

tender beefsteak cut into strips, fry with onions and mushrooms. Lots of black pepper and sprinkling of salt. Large knob of butter
juices from meat onions and mushrooms mingle with the butter .. mmmm
Then 1 medium pot of sour cream poured ii and heated before the end or it goes curdled.
Serve on fluffy rice! YUM YUM>>
