Hi everyone - so I have decided to become a print crazy mumma!!

Harvey has become very unsettled at the moment and he is currently being tested for things like autism and ADHD, obviously it's highly unlikely that he would be diagnosed with anything until at least 5 or 6, but I was given some tips by health professionals.

One of them was to make some behaviour/reward charts. So have been busying myself away with my marvellous media skills - lol!!

So far I have made
- golden rules chart (5 golden rules, as advised less is more)
- 'how am I feeling today' featuring Harvey's favourite minions. So he can place a happy minion, sad minion or angry minion in the box, depending on how he is feeling.

I have noticed he is very picky with food at the moment, refusing to eat something that he may or may not have eaten before, so I'm thinking now of a food chart but not sure how I could make it.

Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could make to help him? I have been told that routine is extremely important and making sure he knows what is expected of him.

Any ideas would be great!! Thanks everyone 😀

My DS is 5 and is a very picky eater. He is also being tested for asd as suggested by his dietition. She suggested a food passport. Where he gets a sticker or stamp for trying a new food. Once he hits 5 times for each food he gets a non food reward. Don't know if that helps.

I thought so. However ds didn't want to do it. It lasted about a week before he decided to stop.
