Ok ladies, I am third timer but I have never felt anything like this!! I seem to have really "popped" over the last few days and because of this and working my back has been sore (not unbearably, just simply stiff) I feel like I need to stretch my back out which I have always done by rolling my shoulders back and pushing my chest out. But when I do this now I feel this tearing sensation at my belly button! Is this normal? I swear the beat way to describe it is tearing. It hurts and makes me jump and curl in towards my belly. Do I need to stretch more?
