benadryl and ttc ...ovulating now

I am pretty sick with a sinus infection.....and benadryl is really the only thing that works for my symptoms ..... Or else I can't sleep ..... I got pos opk today.....and I didn't take benadryl last night because I don't wanna dry up cm. But I'm absolutely miserable tonight ..... I'm still gunna bd can't miss out on that but.....do u think its ok to take benadryl since I'm also using preseed. Because I am so miserable right now.
