I'm starting to research good bottles for little one. I plan on breastfeeding and I'm going to get a Medela Double Electric Breast Pump, but I want the baby to have the best bottles. I heard good things about Dr. Brown's bottles, anyone else? And does anyone know if Dr. Brown's bottles fit onto a Medela Breast pump?

Dr. Browns are good, but very hard to clean and wash I heard...So I was told to go with Playtex Ventair bottles. They are just as good, but easier to clean.

i exclusively breastfed for a year, but pumped two days a week when i worked. i used the dr browns bottles and liked them. some people say theres too many parts to clean, but it didnt bother me. my daughter did well with them, no gas or colic. i always pumped into the medela bottles that came with the pump (i think those are the only ones you can actually attatch to the pump, but am not 100% sure of this), then would pour the right amount into a dr browns for feeding. well, to be honest, mostly i actually pumped into the medela bottles, then transferred to freezer bag. we would then just dethaw bag and pour into the dr browns for feeding. good luck to you which ever you choose
