Hi
Please recommend a concealer that does actually hide dark circles for poor sleep deprived mommies! I've always had dark circles but they're getting worse!

Hun, if I knew I'd wear it everyday lol. I just ignore mine when I look in the mirror now. Hope you find one though!

XxX

I vote for Bobbi Brown.

I've always had bad dark circles too...definitely genetic as it runs in my family. I've spent YEARS on a quest for a good concealer (sad, I know :haha:) and have tried pretty much all of them. The Bobbi Brown one is the best I've found for my skin tone and if you apply with a brush it lasts for ages, so definitely worth the money IMO.

If you have time (as if?!) then I found it handy to go to a department store that stocks lots of brands (John Lewis, Debenhems etc) and ask to try testers of the ones you like so you get to see if the colour and consistency is right for your skin. Saves money in the end.

another vote for yves saint laurent touche eclait - it does miracles!!!

expensive, but lasts a long time:flower:

I use the Boots No.17 one. It's fab and goes on my skin perfectly.
I've used it for years and its not too expensive, especially when you get them £5 off No.17 vouchers they do a lot.

garnier eye roller - it has caffeine in it that made my dark circles go away if i used it every day, i started using the regular one and then they brought out one with concealer in it, so it covers and helps get rid of them.

This.

I have the normal one but I don't use it every day for it to benefit me and also the one with built in concealer. it works really well and probably the only thing that hides them well for me. I've heard ysl touch éclat is good but I don't have the money for it (though they sell it on the plane for £20)

soap and glory kick ass! I have always had awful dark circles due to having eyes that are pretty much perfect circles and had never found a concealer that remotely hid them; this one actually is amazing. Personally, touche eclat doesn't cover mine (although it's still a great product and I put on top when I need to look extra awake) I need a proper creamy, thick one and this one has two different colours in one compact (a yellow toned concealer for spots, pink for under the eyes) although I tend to layer both of them. You have to look out for it though as it's nearly always sold out in 'light' - although there are ebay sellers that sell them.

Benefit do a really good one, as do bobbi brown. Macs one is good though people either love it or hate it. Ysl's touche éclat is amazing but must be used verrry sparingly, it's a highlighter and reflects the light, not meant to be used as a concealer by itself. I use it on top of my mac concealer, just use a couple of dots under my eye and in the corners of the eye and dab it in so it mixes with my concealer so gives a more natural finish xx

Bobbi Brown!!! If you have really bad dark circles like mine, she has a two colour system - one pink-based and one yellow-based - and you layer and blend. Totally does the trick and looks natural.

I have awful dark circles under my eyes and YSL Touche Eclat did nothing for me, although a friend of mine with lighter skin than me swears by it. At the moment I am using one by MAC, which works for me but I am always on the lookout for something that may work better.
I agree with a previous poster go to a department store like Debenhams or House of Fraser and try out different ones to find which suits you best.

I find the garnier eye roll on with concealer built in is quite good too, my sister swears by YSL touche eclat though, but I'm too cheap to buy it! lol

I use Rimmel stick concealer and also a little YSL Touche Eclat on top.

I like to think i look circle free.

I'd recommend touche veloutee - By Terry, I recently started used it after a recommendation and love it :flower:
