I put this in health and well being and then noticed this bit!:dohh:

I need desperately to tone up a few areas....Thighs,Tummy,Arms and Hips!
I have a sit up thingy and some dumbells but i dont have a clue what exercises i should be doing:wacko:

Would anyone be so kind and put me together a sort of daily plan of what i can do?:flower:xxx
 
Good ol crunches on the ground are the best ab exercise, try this bicycle crunches; https://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/abdominalcorestrength1/qt/Bicycle_Crunch.htm. Alternate with regular ones.

I started dong some exercises myself at home two weeks ago, I was only able to do THREE planks, shows how out of shape I am. Start with low reps, short sets then increase as you get better.

Regular pushups are also great for your upperarms and chest.

I would plan something like this for myself for the first few weeks
1. Bicycle crunces, 2x20
2. regular crunches, 2x20
3. Planks, 2x3
4. 10 pushups.

For your thighs and hips I would personally suggest walking, best way to tone up your bottom half I think.
 
All i did in the beginning was use wii fit & biggest loser game.
now im using bike & cross trainer my stomach has gone down & toned up a fair bit.
