Our dd is 3 months old and we are having a horrible time with formula. Yes, I know breastfeeding is best, but it didn't work for us (and we used a lactation consultant). So, now we are formula feeding. Since birth, we have been supplementing. We started with Similac Advance (Blue)... she had horrible gas that was stuck in her tummy, then doc gave us samples of Nutramagen and Enfamil Prosobee.. Prosobee seemed okay but was frothy, so we went to Similac Soy. On Similac Soy she had solid bowel movements that required medicine to add pooping and lots of gas, but she was getting it out. We switched her to Gerber Gentle, which changed her bowel movements to liquid with small white chunks, but she started spitting up most of what she was eating. We are currently on Similac Alimentum, but aren't sure where to go from here. HELP!!! I need a formula that will keep bm's normal, reduce spit-up, and elminate gas. I just want my dd to feel good.
