My daughter is due to start school in September. Does anyone have any recommendations of best name labels?

Thanks

I bought 'supatags' from nametags4u last summer for my dd1s school stuff. They are just stickers that you cam put on anything. Not one of them has come off, and they are on everything! (clothes, gym shoes, bag, water bottles, lunch box etc)

They are fab!

There was a thread posted before I think about this lots of good suggestions. I use one from there but I'm trying to remember the name. Anyway they are stick on and have lasted the full year through lots of washing I can't recommend them enough. Will find the name

My name tags is fantastic, they work so much better than usual iron on ones and easier to just stick on

Personally I just use a Sharpie and check the clothing every term. I wash and tumble dry and it doesnt fade that much over the year.

Just bumping to see if there are more recommendations.

I looked at mynametags and since my girls name has an 'a' and 't' I'm disappointed to see that there isn't a font to choose that writes these letters as the littlies will learn at school.
(yes, I know I'm picky!)

I also just use a sharpie. Doesn't fade that much and so much easier!

If I remember right, the ones I use are called Mables Labels -- they've never fallen off our lunch containers, back packs, coats, etc - make it through the wash, dishwasher, etc.

I have a laundry stamper. Used it for the past two years. I find it so much easier than labels!

ETA: For drink bottles & shoes, I use DH's labelling machine. His was quite pricey as it's a specialised electricians one but you can pick normal ones up for a few pounds. They are great for random stuff & I think you can buy fabric cartridges for clothes as well.

Glad I'm the only person who thinks that way.

I bought DSs from Easy2Name. They don't have a big choice of fonts but do a normal a.

We were given some of their labels on a ski trip, none of the labels have come off.
