Can someone point me in the right direction for a slimish nappy which is still absorbent. I've got a few, but they are all quite chunky - tots bots fluffles for example and I'm worried I won't get clothing over them. I'd rather buy more slim line ones in future (I've got some bambino mios which look slimmer), but I'm worried they won't be as absorbent.

prob an organic Flip? Thats slim and pretty asorbent....

its pretty much just whatever bulk u get from the insert as the cover is no bulk at all...

mini lala, Flips, Itti Bitti (they are absorbent enough with a mini booster in unless you have a heavy wetter)

Thanks ladies.
What is a flip? I keep hearing about them but I don't know what to look for. I googled flip nappies but can't find anything. Is is a brand or a style of nappy (like pocket/AIO)? Could someone point me towards one? thank you.

Bumgenius flips, they are FABULOUS!!! Even my husband is a convert (a trick indeed as he is a SAHD and does all the nappy changes during the day!)

I think when they are tiny most cloth nappies look quite big no matter how slim fitting they are. Sized nappies are probably slimmest fitting for newborns I think.

I would also go for Flips (either insert) or Ittis :D

WeeNotions Northern lights - very slim fitting and very absorbent!
