I'm feeling really worried that my lo doesn't get enough milk now that we're weaning, she still feeds frequently through the day, but sometimes she's only on a few minutes. Does anyone else worry about the quantity of milk their lo gets? The recommendation is 500-600ml per day, how do I know she's getting this??

Thanks

500-600 ml is the recommendation for formula fed babies. Breastfed babies just need to be fed on demand.

Lo is the same. I don't know if she's more efficient feeding now or what but she's showing no signs of dehydration or anything x

Yeah my lo is still having plenty of wet nappies and isn't dehydrated, I guess it's just hard when you can't see how much they're getting

Just try to go with the flow! lol I know it's easier said than done but it's the only way to not worry, trust babies instincts!
There's no way you will be giving baby enough food in order for her to not take enough milk! try not to worry, I know it's hard with not being able to see the amount!
