BFing after boob job

dont know if anyone can help me out with this one, i've been thinkin bout it for a while now.

i dont know much about boob jobs, was just wondering, if you've had a boob job, can you BF? and what about if you have a reduction or whatever where the nipple gets cut off and reattached, do you still produce milk? where does it go?

From what little I know, if you get implants you can probably still BF - though your boobs could change after. But if you get a reduction you can find it really hard or impossible.

my friend had a boob job and was told she would still be able to bf, not sure about reductions tho.

i feed well with "my" boobs but docs said one may not be able to bf with a reduction

With a reduction it's more difficult and not guaranteed, it's about 50/50. They try not to actually detach the nipple now, to keep both nerve sensation and milk ducts intact.
