Bfp today...excited but very scared

Ladies I got a very unexpected today! I had thought I was out as my temp dived at 10dpo followed by spotting. Did a tescos test with smu and got a feint line. Did a Boots digi and got a + with 4pm urine So I'm in total shock! I'm scared I'll have another BO or some other problem. I think I'm 3w 6days today so very early. Praying for a super sticky pip!

No symptoms other than twinges. M/c a BO in July. This is cycle 10. Please let this be the one!
