BFP with Vitex and Soy?

Has anyone tried Soy Iso 1-5 and Vitex 6+?
This way you are not taking them together.

Does it work?
Any ideas?

i tried vitex but found it unsuitable, stomach cramps were unreal.

You shouldn't use the two in the same cycle Hun. Soy raises estrogen and vitex lowes estrogen if it is above normal levels, which soy would cause it to be. So they literally counteract eachother

I read a bit and talked to someone and I am just going to stick with Vitex.
If you look at my BBT chart I started vitex on cd 18.
I think it looks like it is beginning to make my cycle more normal.
Do you agree?
