BH, uterus pains or what?

Today I’ve had a bit of a sore pelvic area on and off not anything regular but some seriously sharp stabbing pains along my bump mostly near belly button. They’ve been on and off all day.
My thoughts are possibly:
Braxton hicks?
Indigestion?
Uterus stretching?

I’m defo going braxton hicks now as they never amounted to anything to suggest Labour but come and go
