Big ad. and noisy ad.

Hi,
I am getting a big ad across the top of my screen for a science museum when I am in baby club and searching the forum. It was also there when I came to the forum help & testing area. Can't close it.

There's also another advert underneath it on the right hand side that is playing music...but I can't see that advert because of the bigger one on top (think it is for netflix).

I am going to attempt to add a screenshot...it's a bit of a double whammy one as you can see the music advert in the bottom corner of the other one.

Do you need some more information?
