Maybe it's just because this is my first, but my little baby's movements freak me out quite a lot.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's moving and in a way it does make me feel more secure to know he's alright, but I cannot seem to get used to it.
For the last few weeks the movements have been a lot bigger and lots more 'pushing' than kicking. The other night he must've been doing it while I was asleep, because I kept having nightmares that his hand was pushing so far out I could see it, fingernails and all. Then I dreamt he pushed and kicked so much that he fell out and I had to try and get him back in! They're more nightmare-ish dreams than weird, and I wake up very upset usually.
Everytime he pushes or kicks hard, it makes me jump, so I'm often on edge not sure when the next one will come. Also, I'm only 31 weeks so presumably the pushes are only going to get bigger!! I'm a bit scared...
Does anyone else feel like this? Just want to know I'm not the only one really
