Tomorrow is a big day for me. I find out whether or not this little tiny being inside if me is alive or not. As of 6 weeks/2 days the doc wasn't so sure but he was very positive that the little bean was just facing the wrong direction and he kept saying over and over that he thought he could just make out some sort of slight movement, but I couldn't see anything. So - he told me to go home and not to worry - come back in a week and we should see something. Tomorrow is that fateful day and I am sick to my stomach about it! I pray that everything is okay - but it is hard to stay positive.

good luck dreamscape! your doctor sound reassuring. hang in there and stay positive until your next scan!

Good luck hun, I know that anxiety well, it's not nice - but worth it if you get there and all is well.

xx

I am not an overly religious person, but let me just say, I believe in the power of prayer and God is good!

I am 7 weeks and 3 days today and we saw and heard a beautiful little heartbeat at 127 BPM! Thank the Lord!

I was a freaking mess this morning...I cried before we even went in for the scan. So hooray! Another milestone passed and I promised myself that if I saw that little heartbeat today that I would not worry again!

Thank you all for your encouragement and support.

i saw your update in another thread! but thought it wouldnt hurt to say that it is fab news twice! great news! you must be over the moon!

Well, it doesn't seem like much could bring me down today! Now - how long will this feeling last before I begin to worry again?

until the day before your next scan! moms always worry - we start even before the babies are born. get use to it! awe, i am so happy for you!

Congratulations!! I saw my little ones heartbeat for the first time today - such a relief! I had no sleep last night with horrible dreams. I too have vowed to try and relax a. It more now. Good luck for a happy and healthy nine months.

You know it! I will be nervous as heck before my next scan - which is in two weeks! I am already counting the days! :dohh:

Congratulations, I am so happy for you!

I felt the same way at my 12 week scan as that was the first time I saw the baby and saw the heartbeat. I cried before, during and after the scan. First from worry, then relief and happiness! You feel like you're walking on air for ages afterwards.

Here's to a healthy and happy pregnancy honey! xxx

Congrats to you too! I vowed to not worry anymore and it is impossible! I have had bad dreams every night since my scan when I saw the heartbeat. Like dreams that they called me to tell me they made a mistake, or that there was something they need to check because they saw something on my scan and didn't want to worry me...Sheesh!
