big movements - scared !!

this will sound mad as usually i worry about baby not moving as much as usual !! anyway the last few days my babys movements are much bigger huge lumps wriggling and pushing sometimes really fast when hes active and moving alot its actually quite scary and sometimes a bit painful !! does anyone else find the fast big movements a bit scary hes getting so strong now !!!!

i get this and sometimes its so strong it takes my breath away! im sure its perfectly normal hun try not to worry x

I find im getting stronger kicks and my whole body shakes and some are painful but i find myself laughing at them and always asking my OH "did u see that" when i know he was looking in the wrong direction lol x

i think they are all growing so fast now !!! it really does take yr breath away my daughter always says whats he doing in there moving furniture? funny thats exactly what it feels like !!!!

yeah ive had some like this too that make ya feel a bit strange lol and often come quickily and make ya jump

I agree, they freak me out and are sometimes painful :s I dont worry as much when hes moving lots though

I was breach at 32 weeks and the following week I had these huge movements and the week after he was head down, maybe it is just him getting into position?

I just wish it aint at 4 in the morning and no matter what position i flipped too he follows and continues on the other side.

I was going to say the same thing. No doubt that your LO is getting stronger and can really do a number on your insides. The bigger movements are so strange feeling but I bet that it is your babe trying to get head down. Just wait though, the movements get even more gigantic and its crazy...it feels like LO is literally going to come out of my skin sometimes. xx

Yep, I get them too and they sometimes make me jump! The worst kicks for me are the ones that feel like LO is kicking me really low down, either in my bladder or in my 'twinkle'!!!!!

lol give him a few more weeks then YOU will know about it... i havnt slept in over 2 weeks... he has a habit of kicking the matress when i lie on my side... hes movements are now very painful hes had his knee lodged in my ribs for the past god knows how long and its caused a painful bruise!!! cant wait till his due date
