hi im just wondering thoese that chart do u get a big temp dip the day u ovulate? im predicted to ovulate today and my temp went from 98.33 to 97.79 thanks for reading x
Some women do experience a bit of a dip on ovulation day. I recommend tracking your other fertility signs, as well, to help get a more complete picture of what your body may be doing.
