You know you shouldn't.......but you do, even when you feel full.
I have a bad habit of over indulging on chocolate to the point where I feel sick and sleepy.
Tonight I made chicken curry and rice. Dh declared himself full to bursting and I was too but it didn't stop me from eating two kit kats, crisps and a yogurt and, 5 hours later I'm still feeling sick and my stomach is bubbling away.

But I wonder why we do things like that? I cant be the only one......

I think we think about food to much. Till i got pregnant with my DD i hated eating food. I could easily go a week without eating. I used to get called fat when i was a kid even tho i was slim. And now nearly 6 years later i love my food and sometimes eat to much. I need to learn not to do big portions. I could eat something for tea and be hungry few hours later

I used to do this, I still do but not quite to the same extreme as ai did a few weeks ago. For me, a lot of it was down to not knowing when I'm full. I just keep eating and eating because I've got nothing else to do, or to keep my hands busy, or because I can't tell I'm stuffed.

Do u think u think about food to much? I always find if im bored i eat too. I like reading so i picked that up and that seems to take the edge off sometimes, or when i play xbox i dont seem to think about food

I'm not hungry now but wondering what I could snack on...argh don't do it don't do it :brat:
