birth certif question??

my little boy is over 1 year old now and i want to put his dads name on his birth certificate the reason iam doing it this late on is i only just found out exactly who hes real dad was as some of you ladys might know already anyone know how i can go on about putting his name down xxx

He has to go with you and declare that he's the father and sign it himself, if he wants to be on it. You can't just go there and put him on it.

yep he needs to do it basically, and you need to go to state you give permission. and then it gives him joint parental rights!
