I Like the simplicity and directness of your plan. I know I am not UK, but I always make sure to specifically say no pacifier and no sugar water. Of course, that isn't an issue as long as baby stays with me, but just in case.
Sounds pretty good to me. You could add whether your husband wants to "catch" the baby when it's born and if you want him to be the first to find out the sex of the baby or somebody else to tell you. Also what you want to do with the placenta, ie. take it home/dispose.
my hospital gave me a book to write in my 'preferences' and the way the questions were worded was very odd...
Questions like 'do you know why Vitamin K injections are done" and then a box next to is saying 'preferences"
Kind of annoyed me! its like a backward-riddle birthplan!
