Well i guess i should write my birth story,
Well saturday 6th november my due date went without a sign lol,
Sunday 7th started getting mild contractions and lost my mucus plug(show)
Monday 8th contractions slowly got worse and closer together coming every 15-20 mins at first then ever 10-15 minuites, then midwife came at about 4pm to check on me, i was 2 cm dialated and midwife did stretch and sweep to help things move along a little faster, after the stretch and sweep contractions were coming every 10 mins.
Tuesday 9th - contractions still coming every 10 mins wasnt able to sleep could barely walk but still the contractions just were not getting any closer together by this point i was starting to get very impacient lol,
Wednesday 10th - Contractions were getting stronger and stronger and slowly getting closer together in early morning they was coming every 8 mins, then 7 mins then 6-7 then 5-6, then it got to about 11 oclock and they was coming roughly every 4-5 mins, so rang hospital and they said to come in and be checked over as been contracting for so long they just wanted to check on progress and make sure emily was handling the contractions ok. So as soon as got off phone to hospital, i rang carl who then had to tell his brother to hurry back to work from the town, once his brother got back carl rang and said that he was just eating the lunch his brother had brought them then would be straight on his way to come pick me up(men cant go without something in there stomach).
got to the hospital was shown to the room by the midwife, who then went and came back about 20 mins later, she decided to put me on monitor to check contractions and monitor heartbeat, was on the monitor for about 30 mins then she came and checked on it and decided to leave it on for another 10 mins because emily was being awkward and kept kicking monitor down so it couldnt monitor her heart beat continuously lol, when midwife came back again she said it was all fine and contractions were definately building in strength, so she checked on dialation and said i was still only 2-3cm dialated (oh boy was i not impressed lol all these days of contractions and still not got anywhere lol) so decided was best to go and come back either once waters break or contractions were toe curling as midwife explained it lol.
so we left hospital and decided to go get something to eat cause i was starving by this point, so carl treated me to Toby carvery, hmmmm that was yummy, but did get so weird looks because i was sitting there breathing through contractions whilst eating and cuing upfor the food, think the waitress couldnt wait to get us out of there lol think they was worried i was going to drop in the restaurant (now that would of been funny, they would of had to give me a life time of free carverys lol that would of suited me perfectly)
We left the carvery and went back to carls to wait it out, plus so that carl could get a bath cause he was still all grimy and dirty from coming straight from work to take me to the hopsital earlier that day. Climbing all the stairs to get to his flat was a nightmare had to keep stopping to have a contraction lol seriously thought i was going to fall back down them. got to his flat and sat down in one of his arm chairs not the sofa because i really didnt know where to put myself it felt very wierd being back in his flat knowing the last time i was there we was together as a family
, i sat breathing through contractions and holding back the tears(not from being in pain but because of how much things had changed so quickly) when he got out the bath contractions were slowly getting ever more painful, carl just sat there laughing at my funny breathing the buggar, then he decided he'd pull me over to the sofa to cuddle up with him(confuse me to buggery why dont he) he kept cuddling and kissing me and trying to comfort me through the contractions, and saying that hes so sorry for how things were and sorry for keep kissing me and cuddling me, and how he knows how much it must be messing with my head, he says he cant help it when hes around me, he loves me and had missed me soo much and knows he did the wrong thing by dumping me when needed him the most, and that he wishes he could just say there and then that we could be together again but he knows so much has gone on and that hes hurt me alot in the process, and blah blah blah, so there you've got me balling my eyes out an emotional wreak cause of what he was telling me, whilst being in middle of labour trying to focus on the contractions and getting through each one of them because they was no seriously starting to hurt, after more talking one thing lead to another and bam we ended up deciding to see if his spermies would help dialate me somemore 
, and after that things really did start to pick up and get alot stronger it got to nearlly 10pm and decided couldnt handle it much longer i needed to go back into hospital so we went and picked up a friend and went back up to the hospital, gauld the bumps on the road and going round corners seriously did me in it was making the contractions worse and didnt help having my friend and carl sitting there laughing at me cause i decided to start humming(to music) and heavy breathing through all the contractions. Waddled back into the hospital, after carl got the parking ticket(hospital parking is a total rip off costs soooo much).
10.30 - Walked into the labour ward and all we could hear is about 3 women screaming in pain
theres me joking around saying there seriously making meals outta nothing dont see me screaming(ive never screamed through any of my births), got settled into the room and finally 30mins later midwife came and checked on me, was still only 3cm dialated(not happy) midwife asked about painrelif and i just said i didnt want anything just gas and air she humed and arghed about it, till i put my foot down and said that is all i want i wasnt going to have anything else, so finally got my gas and air at about 11.30 once i had that it was pure bliss, then at 1.22 got sudden urge to push 1.23 with the push pop went my waters, carl looked so confused and didnt know what to do so my friend just shouted at him push the button lol, then he decided to go out to the hall and shout for midwife because emilys head was coming out and i was pushing i couldnt stop, midwife ran into room totally unprepared asking wether i wanted to have injection to deliever placenta i said yes but by then it was too late emily was born at 1.26am, alot of my waters had pooled behind her and came gushing out after emily was out(midwife got covered), the look on carls face was a picture i thought he was going to throw up lol,emily was put straight to my chest to cuddle up, Everyone in the room was in shock inculding me on how quick she came out, think it had stunned emily as well cause took her about 30 seconds before she finally started to cry and start pinking up cause she came out purple, but she soon pinked up and was absoloutly fine, i couldnt stop looking at her she was so perfect had to have a peak to make sure she definately was a girl lol, she has the cutest chubby cheeks and so much dark hair, my heart bursted with pride and love as soon as i saw her, carl even had tears in his eyes and u could instantly see the love he had for her straight away after everything he finally felt it, i was so glad he was there through the labour, he was absoloutly fantastic, he held my hand all the way through cuddled me kissed me comforted me through everything, it was just soo special it felt like we was a family it really did, even though we wasnt together it just felt so right that it was as if we were.
I ended up with a second degree tear and had to have a few stitches but not many, carl held her while i had stitches done, and we all took loads of photos, the first photos of carl holding her he looked so scared(he'd never held a newborn before) but after a couple of mins he was fine and it was if he'd been doing it his whole life, it was amazing to watch him and emily cuddle up together.
oh i forgot to mention my amazing daughter decided to do her first meconiom poo all over my belly lol when i had her for the skin to skin contact straight after she was born.
its still shocking to realise i went from 3cm to 10cm's dialated within a couple of hours xXx

and then the sudden unnoticed dilation and very quick pushing and pop their here stage!! I have no idea when my waters broke though???
