I was at a water park with my 6yr old son and hb. I didnt do anything crazy and go on slides I just swam and relaxed. At around 6pm I was on a deckchair when I thought I peed myself. Went to the loo and put a pad on it got soaked. When I told my hb he tought I was joking he told me 'a splash at the Splash and Fun r u joking?' when he saw my face he started packing for us to go to hospital. I was worried cause I was just 35+4weeks. Midwive examined me at around 8 put me on the monitor gor observation and had to lie only on my left side cause bubs heartbeat was dropping with every contraction. Bye bye active labour. At 11.30 she checked me again I was 1cm and not progressing on my own so they started pitocin. At about 3am I was 2cm but baby was down and I just needed to dilate. Started gas and air at 4am and pethidine injection at 6am I was 5cms. At 7.10 I felt a great urge to push Midwive told me to wait as she hadnt even put her gloves. Too late 3pushes and out he was.
Baby Nick was born on 31st Aug 7.20am 2.3kgs no stitches needed.

Feeling blessed his breathing was ok and today we are going home.
