LO is due to move into his cot from his moses basket but i am unsure how to use his blankets-do i secure him with a sheet tucked under the matress and then a cellular blanket on top? We have a grow bag but ive found that during his night feeds we get it wet round the neck or i remove it and he wakes up completely!

How does everyone else do it?

Just the same as moses basket but bigger version. We have a fitted sheet on the cot and then the blankets are placed at the bottom of the cot tucked in making sure that they cant go over LO's head. You do end up having alot of blanket tucked in under the mattress when LO's are small!!

I use a grow bag hun. My lo is in a cot and i use a fitted sheet on the bottom. If you use blankets make sure hes got his feet at the bottom of the cot and the blanket tucked in the bottom of the cot. That way he cant wriggle underneath. I like cellular blankets as they have breathe holes x

I pop a rolled up muslin under LOs chin when feeding so that that catches any liquid and then use a sleeping bags. They then sleep with muslin too as its their comforter too - they've had one from birth

My LO hates his bassinet and i could never get any sleep so now we co-sleep. But i used to only use a fitted sheet underneath. I would then dress him in a warm sleeper and wrap him in a SwaddleMe. https://www.amazon.com/Kiddopotamus-SwaddleMe-100%25-Cotton-Large/dp/B0009QYTI4/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1295930367&sr=8-10 - Supposed to protect against SIDS.
