Bleed around baby sac?

I had a scan this morning at around 5+2 as i had pain yesterday. there was a sac no heart beat or anything could be seen but they said that was normal for how far along i am. However they said there is bleeding/bruising around baby, they said it increases chance of miscarriage.

Wondering if any of you ladies have had this? and what the result was in the end. I have a scan in 12 days time

i had a very bad bleed around this time and it turned out to be a Subchorionic Hematoma i had a scan at 6 week which picked up a heartbeat then another at 8week. The hematoma got no bigger and everything turned out great. I know have a 5 month old little girl with no other problems. Keep positive I was amazed everything turned out ok for me as the bleed was very bad so please remember that things can be fine xx
