Bleeding around sac has anyone had this?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me please I had a scan 2 weeks ago which they said I was 5 weeks with a heartbeat they wanted me go back in 2 weeks ( yesterday) to check everything was progressing as it should be. Well I was put forward to 8 weeks as they said so early on they aren't accurate but I was told there's a bleed around the sac has anyone had this? I'm worried I'm going have a miscarriage I go back in 2 weeks but I'm petrified xx

Try not to worry, I don't have any experience of this myself but I have heard of bleeding that can just get absorbed back into the body. I'm sure if they were that worried they wouldn't have sent you home. Try to take things very easy

Hi, I had a scan at 7 weeks due to bleeding after a bowel movement. The baby was fine but there was a pocket of blood near the baby which they pointed out on the scan and yo could clearly see it. They said due to this I might bleed again but not to worry unless it's lots of blood as it is not harming the baby. Last night after a bowel movement I bled a tiny bit again (only when I wiped) so am hoping it is just the pocket of blood work. It's way out!

Don't panic. I too had a scan at 7 weeks 3 days due to bleeding. I had a scan and bubba was just perfect. I had a pocket of blood too beside the baby,nurse said it will either pass during the pregnancy after intercourse etc she also said it could just disperse into the body somewhere. I've had severe constipation and I'm pretty sure that's what had caused the burst blood vessel. Xx

Thanks for your replies ladies I've not actually had any bleeding as of yet. I only had the early scans because of my 2 miscarriages. They said I may bleed it out my body may absorb it but there's also a chance I could miscarry I'm worried that if I go next time it's got bigger xxxx

The nurse didn't say anything to me about miscarriage. Infact she said a healthy baby at 7 weeks normally stay healthy. Pleaseeeee don't stress xxxx

I had this with my last pregnancy at 5-6 weeks I didnt bleed though but they saw the blood next to bubs on the scan, my body just absorbed it and rest of the pregnancy was perfect

Hi there I had a scan at 6+1 and also was told the same thing - I've got a scan in around 2 weeks to see how things are I'm now 7 weeks have had no bleeding & am close to on bed rest till scan just to be safe - no bleeding is a good sign so hang in there im so nervous myself but I'm sure our lil beans will be ok
